Earthenware from Quimper |

Earthenware from Quimper have become a symbol of Brittany, with specific and very typical decorations showing in particular farmer's scenes. Many postcards were edited, most of them show the maison HB Henriot. All manufacturing steps are detailed, from earth preparation to final products. |

It has to be noted that the painters used to send postcards to their factory with the decoration in order to register the design. It is therefore possible to find postcards with original Quimper design. |
